    Groomer

From hairstylist to pet stylist. I’ve been in the industry since 1994. I am self-taught; however I enjoy going to dog shows and classes to continue my education and to do my best to keep up with current grooming styles. My journey began at Lexington Blvd. Animal Hospital, where I was a groomer’s assistant, learning that I liked the craft, while also working as a kennel supervisor for a couple of years. Cross training with the doctors in the exam rooms and surgery. I still found myself excited about grooming. I eventually was given the opportunity to become a Groomer and ran with it. I retired from Lexington Blvd. Animal Hospital after 22 years. Later worked at Critter Care Animal Hospital for 2 years, Brixton Pet Hospital of Katy for a year and half and now I am here at Sugar Land Pet Hospital 4 going on 5 years in June. I am available to groom your pet from Schnauzers to Poodles and breeds in between, including my own (late) Pomeranian “Gunner” and Maltese “Ziggy” and so many more.  When I am not grooming, I enjoy reading, taking walks and cooking for my family. I have two fur babies of my own named Trixie and Roxanne.
